Elon Musk Slammed Online via Chinese Citizens After Starlink Satellite-Space Station Near-Misses
Chinese citizens lashed out on line against billionaire Tesla founder Elon Musk's space targets on Monday after China complained that its area station was compelled to take evasive movement to keep away from collision with satellites released by using Musk's Starlink programme.
The satellites from Starlink Internet Services, a department of Musk's SpaceX aerospace organisation, had two "close encounters" with the Chinese space station on July 1 and October 21, in line with a document submitted by way of China earlier this month to the UN's area employer.
"For protection motives, the China Space Station carried out preventive collision avoidance control," China stated in a file posted on the website of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs.
